The 2008 UN Environment Program Year Book was recently released. This publication is an annual collection of the changing relationship between the environment and society on a global scale.
One of the Yearbook's features for 2008 is a piece titled "Putting the Pieces Together: Using markets and finance to fight climate change." This 19 page report takes a look at how "the private sector is increasingly addressing environmental, social, and governance issues, encouraged by civil society pressures."
